At Bailando Central we aim to provide our students with an exceptional learning experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund for your 6-week dance course. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Refund Policy for 6-Week Dance Course

1. Refund Eligibility:

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@bailandocentral.com within 7 days of the course start date.

2. Refund Process:

- To request a refund, send an email to admin@bailandocentral.com explaining your reason for the refund request.
- You may be asked to provide appropriate documentation, such as a doctor's note in case of a medical emergency.
- Our team will review your request and provide a response within 14 business days.

3. Refund Amount:

- If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the following conditions:
a. Medical emergency: Pro-rated refund for the remaining classes after the request date.
b. Course cancellation by Bailando Central: Full refund.
c. Inadequate course quality: Pro-rated refund based on the number of classes attended.

4. Refund Method:

- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the course fee.
- Processing time for refunds may vary based on your payment provider, typically within 7-14 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Fees:

- Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Class Rescheduling:

   - If you are unable to attend a class due to personal reasons, we may offer a one-time rescheduling option, subject to availability.

7. Course Transfer:

- In lieu of a refund, we may offer the option to transfer your course enrollment to a future session.
